UK : Orange launched the iPhone in the UK yesterday and reports coming from the company are that it’s been a roaring success.
Orange claims to have sold over 30,000 iPhone 3GS on the launch day alone, which is definitely an impressive figure.
Orange claim these figures break all records for first day sales of a mobile, which wouldn’t be surprising if true.
iPhone 3GS competition is now intense , with three operators now offering the iPhone for sale.
O2 recently announced Sky Mobile TV will be free for 3 months for it’s customers and we can see further jostling taking place over the next few weeks.
You can buy the iPhone 3GS from Orange here.
