About Lenovo

Lenovo is an exciting tech brand known for laptops, smartphones and tablets among other devices, and on the tablet front it’s one of the most interesting brands in the business.

That’s because it makes a range of innovative and unusual tablets, such as its Yoga range, along with affordable and competitively priced options at the low-end, such as those in the Smart Tab range.

It also offers both Android and Windows tablets, so buyers aren’t limited to shopping for one operating system.

Why choose Three for your Lenovo tablet?

Three is a great choice for tablet plans because the network offers a wide range of possible data allowances, meaning you can find the perfect plan for your needs. These run all the way up to unlimited data if you want to be able to use your slate without restrictions, and Three’s plans are all competitively priced.

The network also offers 5G as standard on all of its plans (though of course you’ll need to make sure you have a 5G tablet if you want to take advantage of that). Plus, it offers cheap roaming in 71 international destinations, widespread 4G and 5G coverage, and access to the Three+ app, which is home to exclusive offers and discounts from other top brands.

Which Lenovo tablets support 5G?

Some versions of the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro and the Lenovo Tab P11 support 5G, however these models aren’t widely available in the UK. So for the most part you’re limited to 4G or Wi-Fi on Lenovo’s tablets at the time of writing.

Which Lenovo tablet should I choose?

If you’re shopping on Three then at the time of writing there’s only one Lenovo tablet available, making this an easy choice. That’s the Lenovo Smart Tab M10 HD, a slate which has a big 10.1-inch screen, Dolby Atmos audio for superb sound, a microSD card slot so there’s plenty of storage, and a very affordable price.

Top Lenovo tablet

The top Lenovo tablet at the time of writing is the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro – though note that this isn’t currently available on contract from Three or any other network, so you’d have to buy it outright.

This has a 12.6-inch 1600 x 2560 screen, a Snapdragon 870 chipset, 8GB of RAM and four speakers, among other premium specs.

Most affordable Lenovo tablet

The most affordable Lenovo tablet on Three at the time of writing is also the only Lenovo tablet on Three – namely the Lenovo Smart Tab M10 HD. Handily though this is one of Lenovo’s more affordable slates in general too, not least because it’s one of very few Lenovo tablets that you can get on a contract – thereby spreading the cost.

It has a 10.1-inch 800 x 1280 screen, a 4,850mAh battery offering 8 hours of life for video playback, stereo speakers, facial recognition, and cameras on both the front and back.

Top value Lenovo tablet

The Lenovo Smart Tab M10 HD is – as noted – the only Lenovo tablet on Three, but it’s also one of the top value options anywhere, as it’s both a low-price option and packs decent specs.

In particular, the Lenovo Smart Tab M10 HD gives you a big screen and great sound, so this is ideal for enjoying media on a budget.

Latest Lenovo tablets

The mid-range Lenovo Tab P11 5G and the fairly high-end Lenovo Tab P12 Pro are among the latest Lenovo tablets. These were both launched in late 2021. There’s also the gaming-focused Lenovo Legion Y700, which landed in March of 2022, but this isn’t widely available in the UK at the time of writing.

Lenovo in summary

Lenovo makes tablets suited to just about every need and budget. Whether you want Android or Windows, something small or something big, something powerful or something affordable, something with mobile data or not.

However, one thing that most of its tablets have in common is that they excel for media, as they often include excellent speakers.
