Samsung Galaxy Note Price Appears Online

The Samsung Galaxy Note, which was announced earlier this month , is a weird device that sits right in between a tablet and a smartphone. Our take on the device is that Samsung are aiming to take the market who want a tablet device but with more portability, such as businessmen.

Now the Galaxy Note has appeared for pre-order at online retailer The Clove. It's priced at £600 which is an incredibly high price-point that is higher than both the Galaxy S2 and the Galaxy Tab 10.1. Whether this will prove to be the price when the device actually launches, with the date still unknown, remains to be seen but if so we struggle to see it selling in huge numbers.

However, the Galaxy Note does have a great specification which includes a huge 5.3 inch touch-screen that runs at 1280*800 pixels and comes with S Pen interface. The S Pen interface uses a stylus to provide improved precision when using the touch-screen.

A beastly 1.4 GHz dual-core processor powers the Galaxy Note, while it also has 1GB of RAM and will come in a choice of 16GB or 32GB onboard memory.  Other features include an 8 mega-pixel camera with dual LED flash and a front-facing 2 mega-pixel camera. Connectivity includes 3G, WiFi and NFC support which is enabled by the device running on Android 2.3.

Once we hear more about the Galaxy Note you'll be the first to know.
