Europe : LG have announced a new touch-screen mobile, the LG GD510 also known as the “Pop”.
The LG GD510 is aimed at consumers who want a compact touch-screen mobile. Infact, the GD510 is the most compact 3-inch touch-screen mobile in the world.
The touch-screen itself is a 3 inch WQVGA screen and almost takes up the whole front of the mobile, with a narrow 4.8mm bezel surrounding the screen.
The GD510 has great multi-media capabilities with support for the most popular music and movie formats and 8GB of internal memory to store your files. The LG Pop also has a 3 mega pixel camera as well as an easy-to-use browser for accessing your social networks and favourite websites.
The LG GD510 only features one button on its face to keep the phone looking sleek. The button functions as a menu, end and cancel key depending on the phones current mode, which is indicated by the colour illuminating the button. The LG Pop is crafted from aluminium, which gives it a high-end look and solid build quality.
The LG GD510 ( Pop) will be available from the middle of October in Europe. Prices have yet to be announced.
