: QUALCOMM Incorporated announced it will demonstrate a host of innovative
3G CDMA wireless products and solutions for consumers and the enterprise
at CTIA Wireless I.T. & Entertainment 2004, Oct. 25-27 in booth
638 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.
QUALCOMM's
3G CDMA-based technology solutions enable wireless operators and device
manufacturers to meet the increasing demand for advanced multimedia
applications and services, including camera phones, MP3 players and
video camcorders capabilities on phones, position location and mobile
gaming.
QUALCOMM
will host the second annual 3G cdmA-List(TM) Awards today. This invitation-only
event will honor those companies implementing real-world enterprise
solutions based on 3G CDMA technology. This year, the program added
a new award category to recognize a groundbreaking implementation
of CDMA2000 1xEV-DO, which was launched in October 2003 and is now
available in 14 major metropolitan areas in the U.S.

booth #638, BREW publishers and developers will demonstrate numerous
BREW-based business and entertainment applications for wireless devices,
enabled by QUALCOMM's BREW solution. AG Interactive, Airborne Entertainment,
Bitfone, Insignia Solutions, JAMDAT Mobile, Mobliss, Superscape, Trigenix
and Wirejack are among the companies exhibiting or participating in
live demonstrations in the BREW Partner Pavilion.

executives will share their industry expertise at the following events:
* On
Tuesday, Oct. 26, Dr. Paul E. Jacobs, executive vice president and
president, QUALCOMM Wireless and Internet Group, will deliver a keynote
presentation on Mobile Entertainment at 9:30 a.m. in the third floor
ballroom.
* On
Monday, Oct. 25, Mike Yuen, director of BREW developer relations for
QUALCOMM Internet Services, will join other panelists in the "Platforms
for Mobile Entertainment" session at 1 p.m. in Room 3005, followed
by a 3 p.m. session at the SmartPhone Summit addressing "Smartphone
Entertainment and Interactivity" in Room 3014.
* Clint
McClellan, senior director of marketing for QUALCOMM, will participate
in the "Emerging Technologies in Wireless" panel on Monday,
