CDMA450 Wireless Camera Phone for Russia

ASIA : Pantech & Curitel is launching a new CDMA450 model (Model: HX550C) to Russia and Romania.

As a part of its global strategy, HX550C will be sold under a brand ‘Pantech’ not ‘Curitel.’

The main feature of this clamshell mobile handset is an embedded VGA 330K CMOS camera with internal flash.

Fourfold zooming and 5-degree brightness control prop up its photo taking capacity. The pictures can be edited at your discretion with 180° rotating preview and a sticker view.

Moreover, QVGA Mode provides with high resolution pictures of 240x320 pixel. Through this mode and a 65K color LCD, you can enjoy clearer and brighter pictures. HX-550C is able to store 30 pictures by QVGA mode. For your color of choice, “Cold Metal, Navy Blue and Pure Red” are available depending upon the market.

MMC, the CDMA450 service provider, collaborates with Curitel for Russian market and Telemobil for Romania. Curitel has more than 50% in CDMA450 market worldwide due to its advanced technology. It’s expanding its market to CIS regions, East Europe and Southeast Asia.
