Boca
Raton-based Cenuco, Inc. unveiled its mobile video-monitoring solution,MommyTrack(TM),
live on the FOX News Network in New York, New York. Steven Bettinger,
Cenuco President and CEO, appeared with Roy Stanley, President and CEO
of Philadelphia-based World Wide Net, Inc. World Wide Net has signed
a distribution contract obligating it to purchase $3.1 million of Cenuco's
MommyTrack and corporate monitoring systems.

MommyTrack
is the foremost mobile video child safekeeping and monitoring
system available. MommyTrack allows concerned parents to quickly and
discreetly monitor and view their child's well-being in real-time, without
being limited to a stagnant location for viewing. The MommyTrack system
comes
complete with all of the necessary components for parents to unobtrusively
monitor and protect their child, and readily integrates with most home
computers in a user-friendly and economical manner.

Cenuco
has agreed to sales and distribution terms with World Wide Net,
Inc. to offer MommyTrack, along with Cenuco's business mobile video
monitoring
solution -- Security Communicator, throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan
area. The contract provides World Wide Net, Inc. with exclusive rights
for
sale and installation of both Cenuco mobile video-monitoring solutions
in
select areas.
The
contract provides Worldwide Net with the first MommyTrack units for
sale to the general public, with first shipment scheduled for early
November.
