delay has been blamed on technical problems with handsets, according to
Richard Brennan, executive vice president of Orange World. Orange is currently
testing 3G handsets from six manufacturers and will announce a shortlist
of suppliers within a couple of months of October 2003, according to 3G
Mobile. Earlier, Orange stated that commercial launch was planned mid-2004. |
