Vodafone Wireless Phone - 2 Megapixel Camera

ASIA : Vodafone K.K. announced that after early December it will offer the
V601SH by Sharp, a new handset that features an embedded 2 Megapixel CCD Mobile Camera capable of capturing 2.02 million effective pixels. The V601SH’s camera also features a high-resolution and ultra-sensitive camera with lock-type Advanced Autofocus, making it possible to photograph subjects with amazing clarity.

The V601SH can also record high-definition video with its Advanced Video Recorder as well as display still images and video clips on TV using the Video Out function. In addition, the V601SH is compatible with Bow-Lingual CONNECT, a dog bark translation function based on a device first offered by Takara Co., Ltd. in September 2002.

The main features of the V601SH are as follows:
- Autofocus 2 Megapixel CCD Mobile Camera capable of capturing 2.02 million effective pixels
- Bow-Lingual CONNECT, an on-screen translation service that allows the V601SH to understand a
dog’s barking
- Advanced Video Recorder for video recording and playback at high resolutions
- Video Out function for TV viewing of still photos or video taken with the handset
- Large-size 2.4-inch QVGA (320 x 240 pixel) System LCD screen for brighter and clearer viewing
