3G Video Transrating for Test Kit

Video Transrating is a key requirement for the connectivity of broadband and mobile networks. Video rates on the IP networks are typically much higher than the Mobile networks.

The Dilithium Networks DTG2000 eliminates using an external video transrating solution and is capable of adjusting the video rate dynamically and in real-time when transcoding between the IP and 3G Mobile networks.
