Samsung Galaxy S4 To Be Slimmest Galaxy Yet ?

The Samsung Galaxy SIII recently overtook Apple's iPhone for the first time to become the best selling smartphone in the third quarter of 2012. As you'd expect Samsung are keen to continue the range and are already working on its successor the Samsung Galaxy S4.

Samsung have now unveiled a new smartphone memory-chip which is expected to be included in the Galaxy S4. The new chip is 20 per cent thinner than previous versions opening up the possibility for Samsung's new smartphone to be the thinnest Galaxy mobile so far !

The chip, which has 64GB of on-board memory, switches from 20  to 10 nanometer technology which accounts for the reduction in size. While, at the same time performance is improved 30 per cent so it's a win-win situation.

The only other information we've heard about the Galaxy SIV is that it'll come with a 2 GHz quad-core Exynos processor. This is mere speculation, but it would make Samsung's smartphone a real power-house which would easily blow away the current generation of mobiles !

We're still around 6 months away from when we expect Samsung to unveil the successor to the Galaxy SIII. However, if we had to guess what features it'll include then we'd say it'll a 1080p display, support for 4G, at least a 12 mega-pixel camera and 2GB of RAM.

As soon as 3G hear any new information about the Samsung Galaxy S4 you'll be the first to know !
