Windows Phone 7 seems to have been a huge success so far for Microsoft with a lot of manufacturers adopting the OS , good coverage in the media and an excellent consumer response.
However, things always have to be improved and we've heard that Windows Phone 7 will be updated in January.
Mobile developer Chris Walshie has posted on Twitter that the update will be coming in January and that it "is going to be MASSIVE". He also stated that they "could have called it Windows Phone 8", which suggests there are going to a number of new features and improvements.
Anticipated improvements include the ability to copy/paste, voice-guided Bing navigation and third-party multi-tasking.
