Rural 3G Signal Booster Goes On Sale

A new device has gone on sale in the UK which aims to resolve mobile broadband signal problems in rural areas. Its called WiBE and is made by UK company Deltenna.
Basically, if you have a poor or no 3G signal then a WiBE unit could be the answer. The company say that WiBE has been tested and provides a 3G signal 30 times better than a mobile broadband dongle.
It works as shown in the diagram above. It configures its aerials to achieve the best possible 3G connection boost and rejects any interfering signals. It can be bought via a number of UK resellers for around £400.
