Motorola Droid First Android 2.0 Smartphone

UK : The Motorola Droid, which will be the first Android 2.0 smartphone to launch in Europe, was put onto O2 Germanys Website.

 

The launch date of the Motorola Droid, which seems to have been renamed Milestone for Europe, was listed as the 9th November with the price set at 400 euros.

 

The Motorola Droid has a 3.7 inch touch-screen with haptic feedback, a 5 megapixel camera with flash and a full slider keypad.

 

The Motorola Droid will benefit from all the advantages Android 2.0 brings which include “quick contact” functionality, ability to search text messages, possibility to combine multiple emails accounts into one inbox and improved internet browsing.
