Vodafone has added another Motorola model to its range in order to satisfy customer requirements of an affordable UMTS phone with a comprehensive range of functions. This compact, dark red mobile phone with clamshell design is not just visually appealing, it is also extremely light in weight at only 108 grams and extremely user friendly. The brilliant display has 65,536 TFT colours for perfect photos and moving images (when making video calls, for example). The Motorola E770v can also be used to watch Vodafone Mobile TV, which offers special programmes for UMTS phones. It has an integrated VGA digital camera with digital 4x zoom and flash for spontaneous snapshots and short video clip recordings, as well as an additional camera for videotelephony applications. Customers can make video calls if both parties have capable-capable models and UMTS network coverage. Vodafone already offers UMTS network coverage in more than 1200 German towns and cities. The Motorola E770v is also a good choice for mobile music fans. It offers unrestricted access to Vodafone Music Downloads and has an MP3 player for music file playback. The Motorola E770v makes everyday communication more dynamic: it can receive (video) MMS messages and send them to other (video) MMS-capable phones. Thanks to the integrated e-mail client, it can also send images and videos to e-mail recipients. The postcard client enables the user to send MMS postcards while on holiday or simply from home. The Motorola E770v has an internal 32 MB memory to store files of all formats which can be dynamically used for all applications. The memory can also be optionally expanded with Trans-Flash cards. A 32 MB Trans-Flash card is supplied with the phone. Wireless data transmissions can be realised with the Motorola E770v, either via Bluetooth or infrared interface. The Motorola E770v has a 1,000 mAh Li-Ion battery for up to 145 hours of stand-by and up to 2 hours of talktime. The Motorola E770v is now available at the Vodafone shops and in the online shop at www.vodafone.de. If the customer concludes a term contract and books the UMTS Per-Minute Package Plus 100 or 200, this UMTS phone only costs one euro*. As a CallYa phone, the E770v** costs EUR 199.50.
