Europe : 3 UK will sell 3G phones through all its 500 Superdrug stores. This is an interesting way to sell phones to women. Will they be tempted to buy one for him and one for me - quite possibly. 3’s relationship with leading health and beauty retailer Superdrug has provided access to prime retail locations across the UK. Over 60 ‘stores within stores’ have been opened so far. This has been achieved in just two months, without the relationship this high street presence would have taken several years.

Shoppers across the UK can now see video-mobiles in action when they pop out of the office for a sandwich, or to pick up the latest cosmetics range.

Earlier this year , 3 UK sold 3G phones from inside 60 Superdrug stores to The store within a store concept is 3 UK's main distribution method and a cheaper alternative to having its own 3G store.
