For those who've havn't yet come across the Optimus 4X HD it comes with an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor running at 1.5 Ghz. The Tegra 3 processor offers double the performance of the previous model, while at the same time lowering power consumption thanks to the companion core which is activated when tasks don't need the full processor power.

Now LG have unveiled that the Optimus 4X HD comes with a massive 2,150 mAh battery with advanced SIO+ technology. This battery technology provides higher energy density giving longer battery life without making the mobile overly bulky.
LG also unveiled a couple of pieces of excellent software that will be pre-loaded on the Optimus 4X HD. The first of which is "Quick Memo" which is integrated into every aspect of the smartphone and enables you to type notes or memos over a screen image , which can also then be shared with others.
Additionally, LG have announced that the Optimus 4X HD will come with "Media Plex" which enables amazing video playback on your mobile. With Media Plex you can view previews of frames in videos, take advantage of live zooming when playing back content, adjust the playback speed of videos and view thumbnails of videos playing.
