Europe UK : : Probability plc has signed an agreement with Hutchison 3G UK Limited, owners of Three, the largest 3G mobile network in the UK and Europe, to pre-install a permanent link to the Company's 'Ladyluck's' mobile gambling service on two million new Three network handsets in the UK during 2008. The link to Ladyluck's will be the only gambling content pre-installed on these devices.

With Three's circa four million UK customers and 250 plus retail stores throughout Britain, this agreement represents a major additional distribution channel for the Company's proprietary service. The first phones to include the link are expected by the Company to reach customers within the current quarter or soon thereafter.

Under the terms of the agreement, an initial two million Three customers receiving a handset when they upgrade or join the network will find a branded link to Ladyluck's in the form of an icon in the games or, where appropriate, applications section of the mobile.

Customers who click the link on their phone will be connected directly to the Ladyluck's mobile portal using the built in Internet connection on the phone. This enables the customer to register for and play games including mobile Bingo! and slots on their phone immediately.

Commenting on the deal, Probability CEO Charles Cohen said, 'This is a tremendous deal for Probability. Two million handsets represents approximately half of Three's UK current customer base. The pre-installed link to Ladyluck's on these devices gives us an excellent and exclusive opportunity to convert large numbers of new customers from a feature built into their phones.

'We are particularly excited by the opportunity this presents us to secure even wider distribution of the new games we are developing using the movie brands which we recently licenced from Paramount, including Grease and The Italian Job.'
