Co-operation in Global 3G Markets with Ericsson

25th May, 2005

ASIA : Hong Kong based Artificial Life, Inc, a leading provider of multiple award winning 3G mobile games and applications, today announced a global co-operation with Ericsson.

Artificial Life, Inc. announced that both companies have signed a global co-operation agreement. The contract is a joint marketing agreement to co-market and sell the new Artificial Life 3G products including the flagship products “V-girl™ - your virtual girlfriend” and “V-disco™” (an innovative and interactive music delivery system featuring 3D virtual dancers) through Ericsson’s sales channels and client contacts. Ericsson will actively promote Artificial Life’s innovative 3G products and will give Artificial Life access to its global Ericsson Mobility Network partners. The contract is a global extension of the prior co-operation and reseller agreement between Artificial Life, Inc. and Ericsson Hong Kong signed in 2003.

“We are excited to work with Ericsson on a global basis now. The co-operation in the past has already been very successful and productive. We have won the Best Mobile Game Award by Ericsson and Ericsson was supportive in our business development activities since then. With the new agreement we now take this good co-operation to the next level and to the global 3G markets in which both of our companies are currently active” said Eberhard Schoeneburg, CEO of Artificial Life, Inc.
