Poland Watches Movies On Mobiles

Europe : Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (PTC)has introduced “Video Era Omnix ”.The new service enables subscribers to watch popular movies and TV series on their mobile devices, as well as to listen to favorite radio stations.

Video Era Omnix is the first such service in Poland and one of a few worldwide. The movies are divided into categories – TV series, cinema movies and special interest themes.

Customers using Video Era Omnix pay for data transmission according to their respective tariff. It can be used through the Nokia 7650 and 3650 handsets, but will soon be accessible on the Era MDA and Sony Ericsson P800 as well.
