Dr. Istvan Sebestyen, IMTC President, said "We are pleased to invite Dr. Marwan Jabri to the IMTC board. He brings deep and broad expertise in the multimedia industry, in which he has been actively involved for nearly twenty years. Dr. Jabri is an authority in multimedia communications systems including voice and video coding and transcoding, and multimedia quality of service over narrow and broadband networks. He has performed extensive research and development in the integration of media communications protocols and their implementation inside real-time systems. Dr. Jabri was closely involved with the ITU in the development of the ITU H.324 standard. He currently holds the Gordon and Betty Moore Chair at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Oregon Health and Sciences University. "I am honored to be given the opportunity to join the governance of such a prestigious industry body. The IMTC has been a driving force in ensuring interoperability between equipment vendors, leading to faster deployment and acceptance of multimedia services," Dr. Jabri said. "Dilithium Networks involvement in the IMTC has enabled it to develop a range of products that are recognized in the market not only for their innovation and outstanding benefits but also for their widespread interoperability" About Dilithium
