"Our mission is to deliver breakthrough mobilemedia products of the highest quality," said Dr. James Brailean, chief executive officer of PacketVideo.

"We are proud to provide PacketVideo's technological innovation and embedded
expertise to the Sony Ericsson P800. It is another excellent Symbian-based
phone that uses our products to enable mobile users to create, receive and
manage compelling multimedia messaging, information, and entertainment
services."

"The Sony Ericsson P800 will change the way people communicate and help
create new ways of expression and interaction," said Rikko Sakaguchi,
Corporate Vice President of Content and Application Alliances at Sony
Ericsson. "The video, imaging, and audio capabilities included in the P800
and provided by PacketVideo make the P800 the ideal phone for mobile

services."

Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications has licensed PacketVideo's
3GPP-compliant mobilemedia software, including pvPlayerT, which enables
video streaming and download of the highest quality MPEG-4 content. The
P800, built on Symbian OST v7.0 and the UIQ user interface, is a
full-featured camera phone and PDA organizer with a large color
touch-screen, and is compatible with PacketVideo's pv3 Mobilemedia System.

"The inclusion of PacketVideo's winning applications on the P800 vividly
illustrates a decisive trend which is driving the creation of a mass market
for advanced mobile phones," said David Wood, Executive Vice President,
Partnering, Symbian. "We will see increasing results from innovative third
party technology companies who develop on Symbian OS and work closely with
Symbian licensees to produce the best phones in the market."

At the recent 3GSM World Congress show in Cannes, France, PacketVideo
