Vodafone Tariffs Now Support Free Tethering
![]() |
Vodafone have now unveiled new tariffs which enable you to tether your mobile data without additional cost or needing to buy an additional package.
In the past if you wanted to share your data with other devices you'd have to purchase an additional data package from Vodafone. However , with other operators such as 3 allowing you to share your connection with other devices free, Vodafone have decided to change their policy.
Amazingly, on a lot of mobiles the cost of the contract hasn't changed and customers can switch onto the new tariff if it costs the same or more than their current one. In addition , the amount of WiFi data that Vodafone offers it's customers has gone up from 1GB to 2GB, so it's good news all round.
Users can also buy a bundle of 500MB of data which costs £5 or 2GB for £15, which is quite pricey when compared to a seperate mobile broadband contract but is a more convient.
