Europe : SGS Telecommunications Europe is the first independent ISO 17025 accredited lab in the UK to offer certified client video testing.  

The IMTC (International Multimedia Teleconferencing Consortium) have standardized the testing of video communication protocols and defined a specific set of test cases for 3G-324M compliant products and services.

These tests are an important stepping stone in video communication development and currently represent the only standardized tests available today.  Both the GCF (Global Certification Forum) in Europe and PTCRB (PCS Type Certification Review Board) in America have endorsed the set of IMTC 3G-324M test cases available from SGS Telecommunications Europe.
