Europe : DyLogic unveils the new version of Mirial, the first IP desktop video softphone to offer an amazing HD 720p video quality in both encoding and decoding.
Mirial is an advanced software-only client allowing every user to take advantage of visual communication and collaborative work. All it takes is a webcam and a laptop or desktop PC; just aquick installation, and Mirial is the pass key for professional videoconferencing.
The product is fully compatible with Windows Vista; thanks to a new functionality featured in the latest release, crucial conference calls, useful 1-to-1 learning sessions and remote presentations can be recorded and exported as a WMV file, to be successively watched on Windows Media Player - all with a simple click.
“While still handling VoIP calls and standard-definition video calls, the new Mirial was designed for avant-garde companies and far-seeing carriers willing to ride the wave of HD” said Cristoforo Mione, DyLogic’s Head of Sales and Marketing. “The product supports first-of- its-kind HD 720p and H264 video calls up to 2Mbps, and is fully compliant with HD video cameras and 16:9 resolution. Moreover, supporting both SIP and H.323 at the same time, Mirial allows all videoconferencing protocols to be simultaneously exploited”.
Mirial Pro DS with HD support V.5 is available at DyLogic’s distributors and resellers worldwide.
