TietoEnator signs a general agreement with the mobile operator Hi3G and becomes one of the company´s Preferred Suppliers. The agreement is valid until further notice and includes IT consultancy services. Hi3G works with the development of the 3G services and 3G network and has UMTS licences in both Sweden and Denmark. - Hi3G is an important actor in the expansion of the 3G network and the agreement is therefore important for our own focus within 3G. The cooperation provides us with the use of our broad competence within the entire value chain, from supplier to end customer, within both telecommunications and media, says Erik Nordmark, MD of TietoEnator Telecom Sweden. TietoEnator has today approximately 2000 consultants who work within the telecommunications area. The agreement with Hi3G means that our company further strengthens its position in the Nordic telecommunications market.
