Vodafone have announced that the Huawei Ascend G300 can now be upgraded to Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
This is the first time a Huawei device has run on Android 4.0 and its taken Vodafone sometime to get the update ready for the smartphone. However, it's now available and brings a whole new lease of life to Huawei's affordable smartphone.
Huawei's Ascend G300 has a 4 inch touch-screen , 1 Ghz processor and 512MB of RAM. On-board memory comes in at 2.5GB, while other features include a 5 mega-pixel camera and support for WiFi, 3G and Bluetooth.
