Europe : SerVision Plc, the AIM listed leading developer and manufacturer of digital security systems, is pleased to announce that it has received a Letter of Intent from Partner Communications Ltd, a subsidiary of Orange Israel, for the launch and deployment of a joint 3G video business service.

Partner Communications Company Ltd. is a leading Israeli mobile communications operator known for its GSM/GPRS/UMTS/HSDPA based services and the development of wire free applications under the OrangeTM brand.

The Company provides quality service and a range of features to 2.7 million subscribers in Israel (as of 31 March 2007). As part of the contract, Orange intends to sell a package, including the HVG 400 products, to all of its business customers through its business sales department in Israel. Orange Israel currently has approximately 600,000 business customers. The HVG400 product can support up to four video channels simultaneously and includes SerVision's new feature the 'bi-directional audio', through which customers can view remote live video over cellular network and conduct a two-way verbal communication via their cell phone to the system located on the remote site.

Gideon Tahan, Chief Executive and Chairman of SerVision, said: 'This is a marked step change in the development of the SerVision business with this being the first retail mass distribution contract for any of the SerVision products. In addition, this Letter of Intent marks the first piece of business with a major cellular operator and to pass through Orange's rigorous technical testing processes is testament to the quality of the SerVision systems.' Shmulik Ben-Bashat, Head of Advanced Business Services of Orange Israel, commented: 'We believe that SerVision's quality products together with Orange IL's leading cellular network and a solid revenue sharing business model will provide an advanced, comprehensive and reliable solution that meets Orange business customer's needs.'
