ASIA : Panasonic Mobile Communications Co. Ltd., introduces the new X100 to the Asia Pacific region. This small foot print handset is ideal for people who are conscious of style and the size of their mobile phones. This phone includes a high quality camera, color LCD screen, and all the standard features you would expect from Panasonic. Yoshihisa Tatsumi, Director of the Marketing Division for Asia and Oceania, Panasonic Mobile Communications, comments: "At Panasonic, we aim to be a supplier which will provide just the right type of mobile phone to the right user segment of the market. We found there is a need for a stylish, yet simple cameraphone. We propose to meet those needs with X100." Stylish and Mini The X100 is equipped with a built-in camera and a high quality 65k color TFT screen. The sleek cameraphone comes in at just 18mm in thickness, and thus, could easily fit in the pockets of a man's trousers or a lady's fashionable purse. Plus, it has all the essentials that you would expect from Panasonic, like 32 polyphonic ringtones, calendar function, calculator and a WAP browser.
