The HTC Bravo is a new smart-phone that will be coming to Europe in March.

It’s noticeable because the HTC Bravo looks to be a direct competitor for the hugely anticipated Google Nexus One.

It makes sense for HTC to release a phone very similar to the Nexus One, when you consider they made the phone for Google. In fact, the HTC Bravo is thought to have provided the basis for the Nexus One and not vice versa.

The HTC Bravo features the same 3.7 inch AMOLED, as well as being powered by the same 1Ghz Snapdragon mobile processor. The HTC Bravo also features a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and will run on the Android 2.1 operating system.

One can only assume it’ll have a similar price point to the Google Nexus One and it’ll be interesting to see how it fairs.

3 Sweden have reported the HTC Bravo will launch in March, which we only assume will be the launch date across Europe.
