NTT DoCoMo in Japan has released a new variant of the Xperia arc in glorious pink. DoCoMo say it will be available to buy on March 24th in Japan. We wonder if the pink version will also be coming to the UK alongside the already announced Midnight Blue and Misty Silver versions.
The Xperia arc, the newest model in the Xperia series, is powered by Android 2.3. The Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc has a 4.2 inch touch-screen, which is the largest ever on a Sony Ericsson device. The mobile is also the first to feature mobile Bravia technology which optimises the display picture.
Other features include an 8.1 mega-pixel camera with Sony Exmor technology which is great for low-light photography and video capture. It is powered by a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, has 512MB of memory and comes with an 8GB microSD card.
