: Martin Dawes Systems has announced its flagship billing and CRM
system, DISE 3G, has been adopted as the strategic business customer
care solution by Opal Telecom, the Business to Business Telecoms
division of the Carphone Warehouse.
Opal chose DISE
3G based on its enhanced CRM functionality and features required
to address the dynamics of the UK telecoms market, such as its multi-service
capability (fixed, mobile and data), which will allow Opal to offer
true converged services to its customers, with all services presented
on a single bill if required.
In conjunction
with the new CRM functionality, DISE 3G will give customer service
agents at Opal a new, enhanced view of customers' life cycle and
history, facilitating more intuitive and focused service delivery.

DISE is in use
by many of the leading operators across Europe including Orange
France, Vodafone, 02 UK and BT Retail. The integrated end to end
billing and subscriber management solution was developed in recognition
of the fact that corporate customers are a service provider's most
valuable asset. Martin Dawes Systems developed DISE 3G to enable
service providers to remove the silos commonly associated with subscriber
management, providing a comprehensive single source of information
that allows them to deliver the best possible care to their premium
paying customers.
