US : Dilithium Networks, a leading provider of wireless multimedia solutions, today announced that Glenayre, a global market leader of next generation messaging solutions, has purchased the full suite of Dilithium Networks' 3G video telephony solutions. The products include Dilithium Networks DTG2000 multimedia transcoding gateway, the DNA 3G-324M protocol analysis test tool and H.323 protocol stack.

Glenayre and Dilithium Networks have also entered into a Value Added Reseller (VAR) Agreement where Glenayre will resell the Dilithium Networks DTG2000 multimedia gateway. The DTG2000 incorporates several patent pending technologies including; Unicoding(TM) technology for fast efficient transcoding which results in better lip synchronization; Video Refresh(TM) for eliminating video corruption in messaging and streaming platforms; and AnswerFast(TM) Plus that reduces call setup times to under one second.
