Live Mobile Content Launch in China

Mobile Entertainment Corporation (MEC), the premium mobile entertainment
publisher is proud to announce it has signed a joint venture with Asia
Wireless Media Ltd. (AWM) to operate its LiveMobileCam broadcast network
in China and the Asian region.

This deal will extend the LiveMobileCam service to an additional 200million mobile subscribers adding significantly to MEC's existing rollout across Europe. These subscribers will be able to access live web-cams on their mobile phones for the very first time, selecting from a comprehensive range of premium media channels and peer to peer webcam services such as dating and buddy cams.

As part of the joint venture AWM will be providing Chinese and Asian
content for the LiveMobileCam network, which will be offered to mobile
subscribers in the region as well as serving the Chinese and Asian
populations across the world.

Tim Hammond, chief executive officer of Mobile Entertainment Corporation,

relationships in the region".
