Check Point Software Technologies announced FireWall-1(R) GX v2.0, the next version of the company's market-leading wireless carrier security solution. FireWall-1 GX v2.0 supports the emerging GPRS protocol and enables carriers to deliver granular security for protecting mobile-to-mobile communications and users from attacks.

Introduced one year ago and already the most-widely deployed security solution among the world's leading wireless carriers, FireWall-1 GX now offers the following features and benefits to wireless carriers and their mobile customers:
