Orange Names Wireless Games Service Supplier

2nd December 2002

IN-FUSIO today announced that Orange SA has signed an agreement in which its mobile games service will be offered to all of its 21 subsidiaries across the globe.

The announcement comes shortly after Orange UK announced that IN-FUSIO was supplying its mobile games service in the UK, the first contract under the new agreement, which is scheduled to go live in early December 2002. IN-FUSIO has also been serving Orange France's mobile games needs since July 2001 and recently made public research on the habits and trends of mobile gamers in France.

IN-FUSIO offers an integrated end-to-end mobile games platform, which provides a proven business model, leading-edge solutions that are compatible with Java-based offerings and access to an ever growing catalogue of ground breaking mobile games. For developers of mobile games, IN-FUSIO's experience and involvement with MIDP 2.0 games standards means that they are assured of mobile game compatibility and have access to tens of millions of potential paying mobile gamers across the world.

Gilles Raymond, CEO and founder, IN-FUSIO commented: "This new global deal with Orange is a major milestone for IN-FUSIO. We've delivered downloadable games services for over a year with more than 10,000,000 games sessions played and paid for. After all our successes with major operators across Europe and Asia, the extension of IN-FUSIO's gaming service to the whole of the Orange group, with a potential end-user base of over 40 million customers, is clear recognition of our achievement. Mobile games are coming of age and mobile games are IN-FUSIO's business."

Alan Welsman Head of Games for Orange World - the department within Orange focussed on driving non-voice services, said: "Orange is determined to be the preferred network for mobile entertainment and this deal represents the next stage in the evolution towards a console gaming experience on the mobile phone."
