In order to provide its customers with quality connection life:) has signed a partnership agreement with one of the world's leading mobile communications companies Huawei within its continuing network investment plan.

According to the contract life:) will install around 3000 base stations. The first phase of the project will start in the Western Ukraine region and the Crimea. All the base stations that will be provided by Huawei are the newest technology developed by the company and support 3G.

Tansu Yegen, the General Director of life:) commented: "Being the market leader in terms of net additions weunderstand the importance of enhancing our network in order to provide quality services to the growing number of our customers. In 2009, despite the severe macroeconomic challenges in the Ukrainian market, due to Turkcell Group's commitment to its Ukrainian operations, which is a long-term project, we plan to spend approximately US$200 million in 2009 based on our growth projections.
