The ZTE Blade V is a quad-core smartphone priced under £100.
Apple and Samsung would prefer it if everyone bought their latest flagship smartphones , but they aren’t suitable for everyone. For a start they cost a huge amount of money , while a number of users don’t need high-end performance from or a huge touch-screen display.
They may instead be more interested in the ZTE Blade V , which is a new Android smartphone priced under £100. You might be shocked to hear that it’s got a 4 inch touch-screen (800*480 pixels) and a quad-core 1.2 GHz processor - pretty amazing given its low price.
ZTE’s smartphone comes pre-loaded with Android Jelly Bean and has a 5 mega-pixel snapper, as well as a front-facing VGA camera. On-board memory comes in at 4GB, which can expanded by another 32GB using microSD cards.
When it comes to connectivity you get Bluetooth, WiFi, 3G and it even has an FM radio. Overall, it’s a great smartphone which is already available to buy on Virgin Media for just £89.99. If you head into a Virgin retail store you can get it even cheaper – just £71.99.
