News of a new Nokia smartphone has broken called the Nokia 703. A leaked snapshot of the Nokia 703 has appeared ( see above ) on-line. Is it real 3G ask ourselves and we border on the edge of yes as it looks like a Nokia new model spec sheet to us. But we will have to wait to be 100% sure.

Looking at the photo above, we can see that the Nokia 703 is a Windows Phone 7 smartphone by the logo on the front which means that the operating system could be Windows Phone Mango or Tango. We suspect Tango is the Operating System as indicated by the 703 product name / Nokia numbering system.

Recently, Nokia announced the Nokia 700 and Nokia 701 which run on Symbian Belle so it makes sense to us that the Nokia 703 runs on Windows Phone 7 ( Tango or Mango ).

The bare specification details are listed yet we can barely see them even when the 3G graphics whizz played with the photo to enhance it. Here goes and 3G admit to guessing some of this but the Nokia 703 seems to have :

• - 8GB on-board storage
• - 512Mb of system memory
• - 5 megapixel rear camera
• - HD Movie recording at 720p

That's all we can find out for now and thanks to Pocket-Lint for sourcing the details and 3G will bring more on the Nokia 703 as it surfaces.
