The HTC Explorer is a new affordable smartphone that was announced by HTC just yesterday.

Now a new video has surfaced previewing the new smartphone and outlining how easy it will be to use. The HTC Explorer runs on Android 2.3 which works in collaboration with HTC Sense to provide a superb user-interface that's both efficient and easy to use.

Just hours after its announcement Three announced they would be stocking the Explorer and since then Vodafone have confirmed they'll also be carrying the mobile. We're expecting a price-point of around £100 for the HTC Explorer, which makes it an exciting proposition.

One of the main reasons why HTC phones have proved so successful is the amazing interface they have thanks to the HTC Sense. The great thing about the Explorer is that even though it comprises a little on specification you still get HTC Sense and consequently a brilliant user-interface and excellent software features.
