Nokia N8 To Launch In September ?
![]() |
The Nokia N8 is quickly becoming one of the most delayed mobiles in Nokia's history.
The original release date was supposed to be around 4 months ago, but since then we've had multiple delays and we thought it was finally going to launch at the end of August.
Well that release date has been and passed and we are now led to believe, thanks to NokNok, that the powerhouse mobile will launch on September 23rd.
We hope it's true because we're excited to see how the Nokia N8 turns out because it is the first mobile to run on the Symbian^3 operating system, which we think is probably also the reason for the delays.
The specification of the Nokia N8 includes a 12 mega-pixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, 3.5 inch touch-screen, 16GB of onboard memory and a HDMI output.
A unique version in Lime-Green will be available from Vodafone but the standard versions will be available across multiple networks including Orange.
Once we get more news about the Nokia N8 we'll be sure to let you know.
