The latest rumours suggest that HTC will be announcing the HTC HD3 at a mystery event that will be held in London next week.

The HTC HD3 has been rumoured online for a long-time with the original leak coming back in March.

The specification of the HTC HD3 is quite staggering, if proved right, and it will be a power-house in the smartphone arena.

It's thought to run on Windows Phone 7 and will be powered by the next generation 1.5 Ghz snapdragon mobile processor and will feature a huge 4.5 inch HD screen running at a resolution of 1280*800.

The HTC HD3 is thought to have 32GB of on-board storage, which can upgraded through microSD cards, and will have an 8 mega-pixel camera with dual LED-flash that doubles to record HD video.

If these rumours , provided by pocket-lint, do prove correct then we could be looking at the new benchmark mobile in terms of performance and another fantastic offering from HTC.
