UK : INQ Mobile CEO Frank Meehan was in the US for the Mobilize Conference last week and confirmed that INQ Mobile are involved in the development of a new Android device. We assume this is for 3G operator 3 UK as they work closely with INQ Mobile.
Inset shows the INQ Chat 3G - the latest 3G mobile phone to be announced by INQ Mobile.
He also advised that in addition to the company currently targeting the UK, Europe, ASIA and Australia the company is planning a US launch in 2010.
He also gave a presentation of the INQ1 mobile phone’s features and how easy it is to use Facebook and IM etc. He took time to explain how US operators could benefit by introducing INQ Mobile's products in 2010.
INQ Mobile focus on social networking phones. The original INQ1 social mobile phone recently won an award – as the best mobile handset award from the GSMA.
INQ Mobile have recently announced a new Twitter mobile phone and Chat 3G and Mini 3G INQ Social Mobiles.
