'MOVIE KEITAI' A5000 Series is capable of recording and sending video
'Movie Mail' and digital photos 'Photo Mail'. It can also operate the
'ezmovie' video transmission service and the GPS navigation service

Smooth-running, outstanding video quality realized with the internal
camera. Maximum of 15 seconds of video can be recorded in 5, 10 and
15-second increments.
Sepia / inverse color, subtitle, and voiceover functions allow greater
creative freedom.
Video can be sent immediately after recording. The video can then be
viewed on Movie Mail- supported handsets or computers.
SD Card Support 16 MB (*1) external SD Card memory available for storing
photos or video (*2). The memory card can also be used for backing up
e-mails, c-mails, or address books.
Photos (JPEG) can be sent to printers or kiosk terminals, facilitating
the creation of business cards and postcards.
¦1 Memory cards with greater capacity than 16 MB can also
be used.
¦2 Combined with internal memory (approx. 3 MB), 1,200
photos (standard) and 555 video clips (5 sec. each) is storable.
310,000 pixel CCD camera
4-step, 6.6 x zoom, 310,000 pixel high-sensitivity CCD camera is included.
Even indoors in faint light, clear images can be taken. Quick movements
can also be taken clearly, and close-up photography of text or illustrations
for memo purposes is also possible.
Photos can be taken in 144 x 176 pixels (for mobiles), and 640 x 480
pixels (for computers)
Parallel operation with eznavigation
Using high-accuracy location information from GPS satellites, enables
users to attach information about the location of the shoot to videos
and photos. Through EZbrowser, videos with location information attached
can be displayed on a map.
2.1-inch 260,000-color polysilicon TFT liquid crystal display panel
The 2.1-inch polysilicon TFT liquid crystal main display is among the
largest display screens in the industry and delivers pictures in 144
x 176-pixel resolution. A maximum of 260,000 colors are visible.
Sub-display that also works as a viewfinder
Included as a sub-display is an approximately 1-inch STN 256-color liquid
crystal 'Colorful Window' screen. Not only can this screen be used as
a viewfinder while taking photos and videos, but it can be operated
even if the handset is closed by simply pressing the side key, enabling
the camera to also be operated.
Users can also choose a time or wallpaper display. When receiving a
call, the caller's photo - taken previously - can also be displayed.
COCO SECOM TM EZ support
Location information transmission, emergency signaling, and an express
assistance hotline provided via 'COCO SECOM TM EZ is supported. Many
services offered by SECOM Co.,Ltd., such as emergency assistance, are

'Mobile Rupo' pack
TOSHIBA's original 'Mobile Rupo' that handles approximately 121,000
phrases of predictive text input is also supported.
