RFI Launches World Leading Mobile Test Services to US
3rd October, 2006

Europe UK : Kenwood Martin heads up RFI’s new Dallas-based office as a key US account manager. Establishing a US presence is the first step in RFI’s drive to increase its unique 2G/3G cellular approval services to mobile handset and chipset manufacturers in the US and Canada.

Kenwood ( inset ), is an experienced business and strategic development specialist with a strong background in radio frequency interference and EMC, regards his focus role to be the roll-out of innovative new services for the North American market.

Richard Jacklin, worldwide director and head of RFI-Cellular emphasised, “RFI is renowned for is its expertise in worldwide certification and validation – and RFI is unique in that it is the only company able to provide full 2G and 3G approvals worldwide. The opening of a US office is an important commitment to the US market. Kenwood’s skill set will ensure that we shall capitalise on the US opportunities by introducing several new initiatives that will improve Development efficiencies and reduce Time-to Market.”
