LG G Pad 8.3 Tablet : Wrapped Ready for Xmas
LG unveiled the LG G Pad 8.3 inch tablet in September and now the company say the tablet will be on sale well in time for the Xmas sales. It joins the LG G2 smartphone as part of LG’s G Series of devices.
One of the main selling points which LG are pushing for the LG G Pad 8.3 is that despite its huge display the massive 4600mAh battery it can still be held in one hand and weighs only 338 grams.
This is the first 8 inch with a Full HD Display and comes with a 1920 x 1200 Widescreen Ultra Extended Graphics Array display ( ppi = 273 ) of superior quality to standard Full HD displays.
The power comes from a 1.7GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 Processor and comes with Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of ROM and a main camera of 5 megapixels.
It’s possible to receive smartphone calls and messages via G Pad and to send simple replies with QPair App.
The LG G Pad 8.3 will cost £260 and come in either White or Black. No news on who will be stocking the G Pad or exactly the date it will be put on sale but 3G will keep track of this and post as soon as we here more.
The LG G Pad 8.3 will be available in the UK market via an exclusive partnership between LG and IT distributor Micro P, at an SRP of £259.99.
