The LG Nexus has already appeared in a couple of leaks this month and now more details and images of the smartphone have appeared online.
Firstly, some new leaked images of the LG Nexus have appeared thanks to Tech-Onliner. They don't tell us much about the smartphone, but they do feature the same back-cover pattern which appeared in previous leaks.
The same source also reported on the specification of the LG Nexus which will include a 4.7 inch IPS display running at a resolution of 1280*720 pixels and a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor. It's also expected to have 2GB of RAM and to come in a choice of 8 or 16GB of on-board memory.
Earlier leaks suggested that the LG Nexus would launch a new version of Jelly Bean, but this latest one suggests it'll launch with the recently released Android 4.1.2. One worrying thing that's still being reported is that the LG Nexus will lack support for microSD cards and we hope this particular rumour turns out to be false.
We still don't know whether it'll support 4G LTE, but we don't see any reason why it wouldn't be included. This would open up the possibility for high-speed internet access on EE's 4G network, which would be a huge bonus !
A second related link from French newspaper Le Figaro suggests that the LG Nexus will launch across the world on October 29th. That's the exact same day when Microsoft will launch Windows Phone 8 , which is a sneaky move on Google's part.
3G will you bring you all the news related to the LG Nexus when we get fresh information !
