Can You Spot The First Blackberry You Owned ?
RIM have released a new video montage challenging viewers to spot the first Blackberry they ever owned. The video quickly flashes every Blackberry smartphone that's ever launched starting with the Blackberry 6210 , which launched all the way back in 2003.
The montage flashes up every smartphone in chronological order so it should be easy to spot all the one's you've owned. RIM are going through a bad period at the moment and videos such as the one posted above are aimed at rebuilding Blackberry's brand image.
RIM are launching Blackberry 10 in the first quarter of 2013 and they really the operating system and the smartphones running on the platform to go down well with consumers. Blackberry's market share has dropped off vastly and server crashes have hurt their brand image.
For that reason RIM are hoping to license out the Blackberry 10 platform which should give developers more incentive to make apps for the platform and give RIM a return for developing the new operating system.
