Ice Cream Sandwich Coming To Motorola XOOM ?
Motorola Xoom, Google Android, Android Ice Cream Sandwich

Google are expected to announce their new operating system , Android Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0), tomorrow in Hong Kong. They are also thought to be unveiling the first smartphone to run on the new OS, the Google Nexus Prime.
We've now heard rumours that they'll also be confirming that the Motorola XOOM (pictured above) will be the first tablet to be upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich. With Google's recent acquisition of Motorola it makes sense that one of their devices would be the first to get upgraded.
With Ice Cream Sandwich compatible with both tablets and smartphones we'd expect it to run on the vast majority of tablets, which on the whole have higher specifications than mobiles.
We'll be reporting on the Google Ice Cream Sandwich and Nexus Prime announcement tomorrow, but we're already excited by the prospect of a unified operating system.
