Rumours about two new Blackberry OS 7 smartphones have been circulating online for quite some time. Now Blackberry have released teaser specifications to developers about two new mobiles, the Blackberry Bold 9790 and the Blackberry Curve 9380.
Both smartphones will run on Blackberry OS 7 and feature NFC (Near-Field Communications) technology.
The Bold 9790 will have a 2.4 inch touch-screen, 1.2 GHz processor, 5 mega-pixel camera and 8GB of onboard storage. We also assume it'll have a full QWERTY keyboard making it perfect for web-browsing, email and social networking.
The second new smartphone is the Blackberry Curve 9380 (pictured above) which has a 3.2 inch touch-screen, 800MHz processor and a 5 mega-pixel camera. We're not sure whether it will have a QWERTY keyboard because the screen size is larger than normal for a Blackberry QWERTY smartphone.
No other information was given , but we'd expect them to launch in the next month or so and to be competitively priced.
